Postage Costs

All our postage rates are based on the value of your order.

However for heavy or large items couriers are levying a surcharge.

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scily and the Isle of Man are particularly penalised.

If you live in any of these areas and you are ordering large or heavy items please contact us before you place your order so that we can quote you for delivery.

A signature may be required for larger or more valuable orders.

The postage rates for the U.K. are —

Up to £5.00—£5.00 (small order charge)
£5.01 to £45.00—£3.95
Orders over £45.00 —Post Free

Orders outside the UK

The automatically calculated delivery cost is correct for the majority of international orders, but in some cases this may need to be adjusted in which case customers will be notified by email and given the option to proceed or cancel the order;
In particular if you are ordering large heavy items there will be a surcharge depending on the country you live in, therefore please contact us before you place your order so that we can quote you for delivery.

A signature may be required for larger or more valuable orders.

In some cases goods sent outside the EU may incur additional customs import duty and clearence charges.

It is the customers responsibility to pay these charges so we advise that the these costs are checked before ordering.
